Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing B-Fit for your fitness journey. We strive to provide high-quality coaching and support to help you reach your goals.
Please review our refund policy carefully before purchasing a membership.

1. All Membership Sales Are Final

Because our coaching programs include personalized services, digital materials, and access to a coach’s time and expertise, all membership purchases are final. Refunds are NOT guaranteed and are only granted under limited circumstances at the sole discretion of B-Fit.

2. 6-Month Membership Commitment

All B-Fit memberships are sold in 6-month increments.
By purchasing a membership, you acknowledge and agree to this commitment and understand that partial refunds for unused months will NOT be issued.

3. Exceptions

Refund requests may be considered if:

- A duplicate order was submitted in error

- A technical issue prevented access to services

- B-Fit is unable to fulfill the purchased membership

- A major medical issue arises that prevents participation (documentation required)

*Approval of any refund is solely at B-Fit’s discretion.

4. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to: mailto:bfit4everyone@gmail.com
Please include:

- Your full name

- Date of purchase

- Reason for the request

- Any supporting documentation 

*We will review your request and respond within 7–10 business days.

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback through your bank or credit card company for a valid membership purchase is considered a violation of our Terms of Service.
B-Fit reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for accounts associated with fraudulent chargebacks.
